SCC-12 Sound Absorbing & Blocking Material

SCC-12 is a 1″ thick  fiberglass with a durable vinyl coated material quilted over the front of the fiberglass cloth that is sewn on the front of a 1 lb / sq ft mass loaded vinyl.  Usually constructed as  curtains with attachments of velcro on the sides and grommets on top. The curtain form is hemmed on all four sides. Rolls are available 54″ wide x 25′ long.

Applications:

SCC-12 is typically used when you are trying to absorb and block sound in environments when the on one side and keep noise pollution or sound isolated on in one area. Generally used for isolating Machinery such as compressors, grinders, and more.  This model is generally, used in commercial or industrial noise control to create a Noise Controlled Acoustical Enclosure or a Curtain Barrier.
