Typically Track Spacing is Anywhere from 5′-8′ Apart.
Unless the System is very heavy and tall Spacing below 5′ will not be necessary. Most systems up to 8′ will have a “droop of less than 1/8”. This is called the Deflection. Contact one of our Reps if you are Needing Help Determining the Deflection.
Yes. This is a Flush Mount and is Generally Done with Tek Screws, but Other Screws are Acceptable. Space Holes Every 3-5″.
Yes. These are Typically Done by Spot Welding, But Only with Ceiling or Wall Mounts. Plain Straight Track with No Mounts is NOT recommended to be Welded.
Most Systems are Rather Easy and About a 3 out of 10 in Difficulty. There are Exceptions but for Most Systems it is very Easy to Install them with Your Maintenance Staff.
